[Review] All the Money in the World - A good start for the month of Oscar

If Mother! by Darren Aronofsky is the most divisive movie of the year, the 2017's flush will belong to All the Money in the World. In fact, little is known about the project until Kevin Spacey's scandal is over, just as Hollywood is heating up with sexual abuse. The scandal forced the two options, either to postpone, either continue to release as scheduled and accept high risk will be publicly boycotted. Finally, Ridley Scott's move showed his irony in the matter when the director decided to cut out all of Kevin Spacey's scenes, replacing Christopher Plummer and carrying out the rollback process. In 10 days, spending $ 10 million and pushing the $ 40 million limit. But looking at the quality of the film now, few people imagine it so difficult.

John Paul Getty, the grandson of oil magnate John Paul Getty, is also the first American billionaire to have surpassed the wealth of his time. $ 1.2 billion.

All the Money in the World has a very strong script, longer than 2 hours with the story focused on kidnapping blackmail but not boring or tired. There will be times (sometimes only) you feel some eerie moments, but it does not affect the emotional circuit at all. "Round" is the first jump out of my head after the movie, All the Money in the World not so good but good enough to please any hardcore audience.

On acting, although many say that Christopher Plummer takes up the spotlight but I do not see that. It is true that his show is very ecstatic, but parallel that Michelle Williams is not inferior. In contrast to his role as his wife, who fades in The Greatest Showman, the acting of a mother with her kidnapped son is real, helpless to despair for not earning a ransom payment, but It is also fierce and full of determination when confronted with daddy husband dull. Back in Christopher Plummer, this is probably the best part of his career up to this point, a JP Getty loses his belief in people because he thinks all is just waiting to get paid from him, a J. Getty turned out to be very worried about his grandson but still want to how to save as much as possible.

For Mark Wahlberg, the good news is that he finally picked up a good movie to appear on, but sadly his character was too fuzzy, introduced from the beginning as a former CIA spy, but The two hours did nothing but walk around Michelle Williams and give out unnecessary advice. Probably because of such inherent scenario, anyway Mark has played around the shoulder.

There is something for me, what makes the good of All the Money in the World is not acting but film. It must be said that the lines of all the characters from the main to the side are written extremely well, too good to be different. The dialogue is very interesting, just smart and clever enough to sarcasm laugh but deep enough to make people ponder. The thing that made me unhappy most was that with each one written by J.P. Getty (Christopher Plummer) said, it takes me a few minutes to think so should be distracted in the next scene.

"Money is never money, it always stands for what most people want, finding it we will negotiate."

The content is so, and this is my favorite sentence, not too much to say that the smoothness of the script is 70% led by the voice.

In general, All the Money in the World is not as academically difficult to swallow as when it comes to a Golden Globe or Oscar nomination - it's entertaining enough, and enough depth to get out. You have to think about it. With the title in Vietnamese is the kidnapping of millions of dollars, this is definitely a work that you should go to theaters, part to enjoy, the other is to understand that there must be a reason that Ridley Scott and Christopher Plummer It is considered alive myths.

Narcos (2015)

Incidentally, I saw an ad for Narco on YouTube, and instead of skipping the ads like I normally do, I played this one out because I was genuinely excited for what I was watching. Instantly I jumped onto Netflix and I was not disappointed. This is a truly gripping show, one of the best I've seen this year. The characters and acting are done well and the storyline moves at a fast enough pace to get your adrenalin pumping for the whole episode. My only fear was that it would be too generic of a Crime drama, but those feelings were quickly swept away. This is truly an original and thoroughly planned out TV show with a whole lot of heart. Maybe the best on Netflix at the moment. Narco doesn't disappoint with any aspect of the show. It's exciting and fast paced, but above all, it makes you want to keep coming back for more. Borg vs McEnroe (2017)

I was fortunate enough to see "Borg McEnroe (2017)" on opening night for the 42nd Toronto International Film Festival. Without giving away too much (especially if you're like me and you didn't know much about this 1980s tennis rivalry coming into it), I will say that this is a fabulous film and everyone involved in the making of it should give themselves a huge pat on the back. They have done an incredible job in crafting a story that successfully explores, analyzes and pays homage to two contrasting albeit equally fascinating personalities in sports history. Both of the titular characters are played to perfection thanks to virtuoso performances from Sverrir Gudnason and Shia LaBeouf, the latter of whom was practically made for the role. Regardless of what you think about Shia, his commitment to any role is always awe- inspiring and here he gives a performance that so perfectly combines loud-mouthed arrogance with an icy determination that he actually makes it diffi...
