[Review] Blade Runner 2049 - Feel the full movie

Cell. Connect. Connect. Cell.

Most of us go to the cinema to feel the essence of art 7th on the big screen. That's why no matter how many home movies like Netflix develop, you stand up and go to some movie theaters to buy tickets and immerse yourself in a dim space to enjoy the set. the movie will continue to exist. You'll leave the theaters thinking about what the movie wants to convey, maybe you'll realize it's on the way home for a few days, weeks, even months, and you'll understand. The reason why filmmakers choose cinema as their profession. Blade Runner 2049, directed by Dennis Villeneuve, is a movie that is the best decision you can make.

For one to watch both Blade Runner in an afternoon and evening, it's impossible to understand the meaning that both films are about to convey. But that just made me want to sink deeper into this fantasy world. Set in the 30 years after the events of the first installment, Blade Runner 2049 leads us to another Blade Runner codenamed "K" (Ryan Gosling). K is tasked with discovering another horrible plot by Tyrell, now run by genius Niander Wallace (played by Jared Leto). This journey forced K to track down former Blade Runner Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), who has been missing for more than 30 years to find a way to stop Wallace from doing his conspiracy.

Still the story between humans and replicas, the Blade Runner 2049 is a movie more understandable than its predecessor, but understandable here does not mean that the film gives you literal meaning. That is how the film transmits its message without being too abstract as the first part. The 163 minutes for some people may be long and slow, but each shot in Blade Runner 2049 has some implication, so you might ask yourself why this scene contains such images. So, the characters allude to what lies behind the lines, why he / she acts like that ... All floats on a flow, the whole message that the film wants to convey. : the boundary between real and not real.

Whether you are a replicant or a human being, it does not matter if you carry your emotions and memories, and even replicants are more human than human. It is the replicas that teach humanity lessons about sacrifice and love, that they are not just souls but also special. And the question is, after all those sacrifices, will they be remembered or forgotten as tears in the rain?

Personality is not human form

Talking about acting, Ryan Gosling has done well with his role, feeling more expressive on the face than on the lines. The supporting cast, such as Harrisonn Ford, Jared Leto ..., each have their own character, enough time to make viewers feel like or hate their characters. In such a bleak and desperate world of futility, each actor can express their emotional struggles to assert their humanity is wonderful. One thing that made me feel a little bit was that at the end of the film, the characters found their place, but Wallace, played by Jared Leto, still lacks something to make the film perfect.

The sound of the movie also contributes an important part in driving the emotion up, but many scenes repeat that same song so much that it does not make a hit. The image of the new movie is worth mentioning. It is not wrong when moviegoers are praised for their impressive and captivating images. The colors are quite diverse and extremely easy to view plus excellent filming techniques will give you a strange feeling when watching some scenes of the movie. There is a scene where I like it. It's a conversation between two, when a person's emotion arose, the light will shine on them. When they are overwhelmed by the words of the opposite person, they will themselves. sink into the dark.

If you love sci-fi movies, want to experience a futuristic world with a hologram image of a naked girl or simply want to really understand the feeling of watching a movie with elements that only See the movie theater to feel the Blade Runner 2049 is the movie for you.

Narcos (2015)

Incidentally, I saw an ad for Narco on YouTube, and instead of skipping the ads like I normally do, I played this one out because I was genuinely excited for what I was watching. Instantly I jumped onto Netflix and I was not disappointed. This is a truly gripping show, one of the best I've seen this year. The characters and acting are done well and the storyline moves at a fast enough pace to get your adrenalin pumping for the whole episode. My only fear was that it would be too generic of a Crime drama, but those feelings were quickly swept away. This is truly an original and thoroughly planned out TV show with a whole lot of heart. Maybe the best on Netflix at the moment. Narco doesn't disappoint with any aspect of the show. It's exciting and fast paced, but above all, it makes you want to keep coming back for more. Borg vs McEnroe (2017)

I was fortunate enough to see "Borg McEnroe (2017)" on opening night for the 42nd Toronto International Film Festival. Without giving away too much (especially if you're like me and you didn't know much about this 1980s tennis rivalry coming into it), I will say that this is a fabulous film and everyone involved in the making of it should give themselves a huge pat on the back. They have done an incredible job in crafting a story that successfully explores, analyzes and pays homage to two contrasting albeit equally fascinating personalities in sports history. Both of the titular characters are played to perfection thanks to virtuoso performances from Sverrir Gudnason and Shia LaBeouf, the latter of whom was practically made for the role. Regardless of what you think about Shia, his commitment to any role is always awe- inspiring and here he gives a performance that so perfectly combines loud-mouthed arrogance with an icy determination that he actually makes it diffi...
